Visit Oman Announces Partnership with Civitatis to Expand Global Reach

Berlin, Germany – March 5, 2024: Visit Oman announced the commencement of its operations with Civitatis, the leading curated B2B2C marketplace for guided tours and excursions in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French with more than 85,000 activities in 3,800 destinations across 160 countries. The announcement took place at ITB Berlin, where Oman is taking centre stage as the Official Host Country for the world’s leading travel trade show.

This collaboration enables Omani tourism suppliers and SMEs to expand their reach globally by facilitating seamless bookings for travellers from around the world.

Through Visit Oman’s signing with Prioticket during WTM last year, this significant partnership has opened new opportunities for collaborations with key resellers from source markets. Consequently, Visit Oman has activated its operations with Civitatis, a leading experience provider worldwide. As part of phase one of the operations, 15 diverse tours of Oman are now live and available for booking on Civitatis, including half-day and full-day adventures, city explorations, cultural experiences, and more, and will include up to 100+ tours in later phases. All tours boast the convenience of free cancellation, providing added flexibility for travellers.
