ESSENTIAL VISA INFORMATION

Visas are required for entry to Oman except for visitors from GCC countries. All applicants must apply for a visa through the Royal Oman Police’s eVisa portal at https://evisa.rop.gov.om.

FAQs regarding the visa application process may be explored at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/en/frequently-asked-questions. A valid passport is required that remains as such for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Oman.

VISA ELIGIBILITY

Citizens from the 103 countries are allowed to enter Oman without securing a prior tourist visa and can stay for up to 14 days. For other nationalities :to apply for an e-Visa, applicants must hold a passport that’s valid for 6 months from the date of entry. Keep in mind that 2 digital passport sized photos (on a white background) are required with the application. All visas must be applied for online at least 4 days before travelling to Oman.

شروط الأهلية للحصول على التأشيرة

يُسمح لمواطني 103 دول بدخول عُمان دون الحصول على تأشيرة سياحية مسبقة، ويمكنهم الإقامة داخل أراضي سلطنة عُمان لمدة لا تزيد عن 14 يومًا. أما بالنسبة للجنسيات الأخرى: للتقدم بطلب للحصول على تأشيرة إلكترونية، يجب على المتقدمين حيازة جواز سفر سارٍ لمدة 6 أشهر من تاريخ دخول الأراضي العُمانية. تذكّر أنه يلزم إرفاق صورتين رقميتين بحجم جواز السفر (ملتقطتين على خلفية بيضاء) مع الطلب. يجب تقديم جميع التأشيرات عبر الإنترنت قبل 4 أيام على الأقل من السفر إلى عُمان.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE E-VISA APPLICATION

Passport from an e-Visa eligible country valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival date in Oman

Digital photograph of traveller, passport-style against a white background.

Credit or debit card to pay the Oman e-Visa fee.

A valid email address, to which a copy of the approved visa application and receipt of payment will be sent.

Copy of the passport information page and printed copy of the visa to present to border officials.

الوثائق والعناصر اللازمة لطلب التأشيرة الإلكترونية:

جواز سفر صادر عن دولة مؤهلة للحصول على تأشيرة إلكترونية وسارٍ لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ الوصول المقرر إلى عُمان.

صورة رقمية للمسافر، على غرار صورة جواز السفر وبخلفية بيضاء.

بطاقة ائتمان أو بطاقة خصم مباشر لسداد رسوم التأشيرة الإلكترونية العُمانية.

عنوان بريد إلكتروني صالح تُرسَل إليه نسخة من طلب التأشيرة المصادق عليه وإيصال الدفع.

نسخة من صفحة المعلومات الشخصية على جواز السفر ونسخة مطبوعة من التأشيرة لتقديمها إلى عناصر الجوازات على المنفذ الحدودي.

VISA CHARGES

Depending on the nation of origin and whether a single entry or multiple visit visa is selected, visa fees can cost between €12 and €120. $15 and $145.
